oh boy!

Being stuck on the mountain with no Internet access has driven us to invest in a Verizon WiFi-anywhere device. Happy day, except for the stress of taking care of Lisa, her mother, our dog and (when I'm lucky enough to have a spare moment) myself.

Went to a meeting last night. I needed to get away. Lisa is jealous that I "have meetings to go to" and she doesn't. But you know, I need to try to take care of myself too.

Lisa's mom keeps complaining that I can't cook. Sorry. I don't like to eat the "big meal" foods that she does. Tonight we made chicken breasts and sweet potatoes. Yuck. I ate almost half of one potato and left it on the table. I'm not hungry enough to eat that kind of stuff.

So I'm taking care of Ruth, babysitting Lisa and trying to find an occasional moment to relax. Ruth cannot be adequately pleased; nothing is ever enough. Every damn day is a roller coaster. I'm very happy that I printed out a meeting list for when we came up.
