The road trip was a great success. Last night we watched "Howl," based on the book "Howl and Other Poems" by Allen Ginsburg. I gave Anna the book many years ago, and she still keeps it in her purse.
And of course it was great to be able to hang out with Taylor and get to know him better. He told us about his experiences on patrol in Iraq, the first time I've heard anything first-hand about it.
