We are feeling better today. Same old roller-coaster that we have both been riding for far too long.

Lisa called Dad a while ago, to explain yesterday's breakdown, and they talked for a long time. That is a good thing. She needs to get a lot of things off of her chest, and do it to someone other than me. Talk therapy, if you will, but without an exorbitant fee from a doctor.
