Gee, what's this? Are they saying that they "reserve the right" to launch a cracker attack on your website if you link to them without permission??

And what about caching and hypertext links? I'd venture to guess that your average Joe WebSurfer hasn't the faintest idea how to disable the cache on his PC, nor how to clear the history list. So, does that mean that our home PCs are vulnerable to attack by Amerikan Express? And tell, me, O Great Amerikan Express Master, why Why WHY should we have to do this just to visit YOUR site?
