Yesterday it was a Luna moth. Last night's interesting bug at the BP station in Clyde, NC was a female Eastern Dobsonfly.

I couldn't remember the name when I saw it, but it was obviously the adult form of a hellgrammite and therefore easy to look up once I got home.

A great big bug with great big jaws - very cool.
