a disgrace to his uniform

General Amos should be dismissed. His sorry attitude toward the repeal of DADT paints him as a bigot and points out his unsuitability for the position he now holds. He is a disgrace to his uniform and, if he does not promptly resign, should be dismissed by the President.

General McChrystal was dismissed for comments he made that were deemed to "undermine civilian control of the military". General Amos' comments are far more inflammatory and, furthermore, insulting to all Marines. Go now, Amos. Go.
