weed whackin'

Due to the recent heavy rains, it is time to cut down the weeds around the wilderness. And I have a real weed-whacker; hand operated, an angled blade at the end of a wooden handle - much like the one on a shovel, but shorter.

The pups are getting much better at not doing their business inside the house. The odd thing is that they are peeing and pooping around their beds out on the porch. I really don't understand that. There is plenty of room to do that stuff elsewhere.

They still can't be trusted off the leash. When they are loose, they immediately run several houses down the street. I can usually corner and catch them when they do that.
