fay's on her way

Tropical Storm Fay hit Key West at 3 PM today and is headed in our direction. Not terribly worried, though. The Hurricane Watch only goes as far as the city immediately south of us ;p

It did start raining within the past half-hour or so. Flooding is not likely in our neighborhood, but I hear that we may not be able to get very far if it gets bad because the surrounding area lies lower than we do. This is my first tropical storm since moving to this portion of Florida and await it with interest.
