gimme a fucking smoke

... or someone's gonna get hurt

I haven't had a cigarette for two days. In Atlanta I bummed a couple in the smoking lounge, then Friday afternoon I got one from a stranger at the local outlet mall while we were shopping. Yesterday I had none at all; this morning I am ready to take a walk into the village in search of butts or maybe an entire cigarette.

I hate to ask my folks for the money to buy a pack; they cost twice as much here as they do in Florida and my folks would prefer that I didn't smoke anyway.

They say that when you quit smoking you gain weight; I've gained over 5 pounds in two days. Can't smoke, so I eat. Even with the higher cost of tobacco in NY State I would be saving money by smoking. I am eating well over $5 worth of food more than I usually do.

So, I say again, gimme a f***ing smoke!!!
