It's nice to see optimistic news about Americans abroad these days, given the long list of negative (and often harmful) actions the U.S. government has imposed upon the world stage recently.

Yes, our own Lance Armstrong appears to be on his way to his sixth consecutive win in le Tour de France.

Six wins in le Tour would be a record, whether consecutive or not.

Go Lance! Spread that optimism! Remind the world that Americans can be tactful and respectful to our international cousins!
