I sign a lot of petitions on-line. At least once a day.

Today I signed the Declaration of Internet Freedom.

And I wrote to Governor Bev Perdue (D-NC) this morning to thank her for vetoing a bill that would have allowed hydraulic fracturing (fracking) in the state of North Carolina.

I had previously written to her asking for a veto, so I wrote to thank her for doing my bidding. It's the polite thing to do. I had also earlier signed a petition asking her to veto the fracking bill.
