hummingbirds

The last couple of days have been rainy, and today the temperatures have dropped. We usually have five hummingbirds that frequent our feeder, and I have to fill it up every couple of days.

Yesterday they emptied it in less than 24 hours, and today it took them only six hours to drink the 8 fl. oz. feeder dry. After I refilled it, I counted eight of them flying around. What a sight to behold.
