sunshine on the daffodils

The daffodils are popping up all over the place. Yesterday there were a couple of brief snowfalls; first graupel and then flurries a while later. That didn't last very long, and the sun shone for much of the day.

This morning it is sunny here. The pair of mountains that stand beyond the north end of the valley were sheathed in cloud earlier, but they've cleared off now.

Lisa and I are both feeling better. Not top-notch, but better. She went to bed early last night so I made double-chocolate fudge as a surprise.
