four years

Today is the four-year anniversary of my last drink.

I had planned to go to a noon meeting, and eventually found the church where it is held, but by the time I got there it was 10 minutes after the hour and, since I was so late, there was nobody hanging around the door to let me know which entrance to use. Frustrated, I drove off again. Tonight there is a meeting at 7:30 but by then we are supposed to be having wintry weather and I'd rather not drive that far in snow and ice.

Meanwhile, one of Lisa's important prescriptions is still being held up by her doctor and the insurance paper prescription back in December, I don't know. This isn't the only prescription to have this problem. We've had to call his office regarding several prescriptions already.
