Unlike our last trip back to Florida, this time we arrived before 6 PM. Therefore we got home during daylight and, as autumn is progressing here at last, more comfortable temperatures than last time.
Jack was in the front yard/sandbox and was very vocal until I opened a can of tuna and dumped it into his dish. Norman had given him the last dry food the day before (note to self: buy extra cat food the next time we go away). After that, Jack was a happy cat. He slept with us last night.
And now I have to finish filling out some forms for an upcoming job.
