Rocko and I took an easy hike today up the west side of the river. It was 55℉ at 9 AM so it was warm enough for shorts and also warm enough to leave the coats at home. That way my blaze-orange shirt was easily visible to any hunters. It was our first trip up the river since hunting season got going. Rocko's toenails are getting long, though, and he hates to have them clipped. Walking on the trails is the best way to keep them short.
