Former Florida governor Charlie Crist has written an opinion piece at the Washington Post:

The voter ID mess subverts an American birthright.

This madness about purging the voter rolls is just that - madness. The minuscule scale of voter fraud in this country does not in any way justify the disenfranchisement of thousands of legitimate voters.
