a practical use for Facebook?

It seems that I may have found a practical application for Facebook.

Yesterday I went to SafeLink's Facebook page and mentioned the problem that Lisa is having with getting her allotted minutes. Within an hour there was a response with a link to create a support ticket.

I was busy for the rest of the day and didn't get around to filing a ticket. This morning there was another message, asking if I had created a ticket and if the problem had been resolved. So, I created the ticket.
