a wonderful visit

We spent the night at Dad & Velma's house the other day. Anna drove over from Orlando and we had a splendid visit. She had to rush back to Orlando for a class Wednesday afternoon, but when she arrived she found that class had been canceled.

It would have been nice to spend more time with her, but the time we had together was real nice.

Yesterday we loaded up the car with most of the remaining important items from our Florida house. Today we'll be going back to sort through what is left and finish filling the back seat with some clothes; Lisa seems to want to spend tomorrow hanging around with her sister, but I am ready to go home. The weather is too darn warm for me here.
