I've been on my meds again for four days. Already my appetite has returned with a vengeance, my mood has lifted and my step is more sprightly.

Rocko is out in the yard chasing anoles, a Downy Woodpecker is hunting in the bamboo and the squirrels are about. The weather is finally turning and I can spend a longer and longer time outdoors, sometimes even while wearing a shirt.
