doc, I've got a "b" complex ...
Bought some high-potency B complex capsules at the health food store today. I'm hoping that they will have some effect quickly. I'm bored but cannot focus on anything either. Grr.

You might be interested to take a look at a list of the vitamins and mineral-supplements I take on a daily basis. They all have value, in my opinion, but certainly the 'B complex' is one of the more important ones - and they are amongst the least expensive to buy (I think they are produced as a by-product of the beer-brewing industry).
