Voice-to-text doesn't seem market-ready yet.

Lisa has been experimenting with the voice control software on her PC. I've never done much with it; such software has been available for a long time and, if automated phone menus are any indication, I'll be using keyboards and mice to interact with my electronics for the foreseeable future. Phone menus frustrate me when they don't give me a keypad option for everything. They don't always understand simple phrases, at least when I say them. Could be because I speak softly, but when I speak up I have the same problems.

It's not like I have a strong accent: the Great Lakes region of the U.S. isn't as generic as the Midwest non-accent but it isn't awfully strong. Lisa has a Smoky Mountains accent yet has an easier time with voice systems than I do.
