dog magnet

We took Rocko to the dog park today. I dropped Lisa off with the pup and went grocery shopping. When I came back to the park I crouched down to pet Rocko, and eventually nearly every dog there came by to say hello to me. I was like a dog magnet. They were all friendly and recognized a kindred soul.

Lisa is finally feeling relatively healthy again. The socket where I pulled a tooth is healing nicely. It was inflamed before the tooth was extracted but is the same color as the surrounding gums again. She also has a good amount of energy.

Tomorrow she signs the papers finalizing the refinancing that saved the house. We made the first three payments on time and see no problem continuing to do so.
