Lisa's doctor called and wants her back to discuss the blood tests from her last visit, which was just last week. There are concerns about her cholesterol and liver enzymes; there are medications available for the cholesterol but as far as I know there aren't any for the liver. Guess we'll find out.

Both of us are feeling bit better today. We were able to get the bills pushed back by a few days, and I opened my own bank account so any income I get won't negatively affect her benefits. Plus, the mood stabilizer I've been taking for a couple of weeks has really begun to help.

And I cannot fail to mention that it has been three years now since we held my late mother's memorial service. We all love and miss you, Mom. God bless you for all the good you did while you were with us in this world. Whenever I see the planet Venus I think of you - and Venus is the evening star now so I see it every day.
