DWH (driving while Hispanic)

The way the new Arizona immigration law is going to be implemented forces me to a connection between DWH (Driving While Hispanic) in Arizona and DWB (Driving While Black) in the southeastern portion of the U.S., where I have been living for 10 years.

In Tallahassee, I socialized primarily with blacks. My neighbors were great friends and party buddies. We talked about race relations and DWB. They agreed that all other things being equal, a black man is more likely to be stopped by mistake because they were looking for somebody else.

So, I ask, how many legal residents and U.S. citizens will have their IDs run by cops per illegal alien actually found?
