Last night I slept for 8 hours. The night before I couldn't sleep at all; I finally got out of bed at 5 am and fired up my PC to play Diablo II (my only video game). Coffee at 6 am. 9 am I went back to bed and slept until 1 pm.

By 11 pm I was ready for bed. I still couldn't get to sleep, and finally asked for a Xanax so I could get some rest. I feel better today but I'm so far behind on sleep that it is still uncomfortable.

The "Mountain Dew" regimen has ended, so I'm getting less caffeine. Just a few cups of coffee in the morning. Hopefully this will help relieve my nighttime restlessness.
