I finally had my appointment at The Harbor this afternoon. After a brief and rather rushed session with a doctor - who pissed me off by trying to digress into an anti-Bill Clinton tirade, that I quickly cut short by saying "we'll agree to disagree on that. Let's continue with the questionnaire" - I received a new diagnosis (bipolar 1 rather than simple major depression) and a prescription for my Zoloft and also the addition of Lamictal as a mood stabilizer.

She told me that I must have the prescription filled at their on-site pharmacy. That is a good thing, because the Lamictal at least will be free (sample pack), but unfortunately the pharmacy closed five minutes before my appointment ended. I have to take the bus back up there tomorrow to get the meds. It will cost $1 each way for the bus, but that is cheaper than driving.
