I just installed Adblock Plus, a plugin for my web browser, and it is like having a new computer. You know all those annoying animated advertisements that take forever to load? The ones that take longer to load than the rest of the page? Poof! No more ads. It's a miracle! I can actually get some web surfing done without having to restart the browser down twice an hour.
