earth day

Today is Earth Day. Do something for our planet today: walk or ride a bicycle, take public transit. Put stuff in your recycling bin for a change.

Which reminds me: Pasco County, FL - where I live - doesn't have a curbside recycling program. No bins for the residents. I have heard that there are central locations where you can take your recyclables, but I don't know where any of them are. And, since I never drive (I sold my car eleven years ago), I wouldn't be able to take my stuff anyway.
