and he's out!
While scooping ice cream in the kitchen last night, I fainted. It was really strange; one moment I am scooping ice cream, the next I am lying on the floor hearing the voice of my house manager telling me to get up for a urine test.
When I got up, I was very woozy and nauseous. I sat in a chair for a few minutes, then went outside to vomit. The house manager tested me for drugs and alcohol, but I came back clean. This is as I expected; I haven't touched a drug or alcohol for 109 days.
The problem, I think, was the Trazodone I took about an hour prior to my fainting spell. I was feeling the effects within about thirty minutes, but the Remeron I took with it was making me hungry (a common side-effect).
The ice cream ended up back in the freezer. My nausea wouldn't let me eat it. I essentially crawled back up the stairs and went to bed, falling to sleep within a couple of minutes.
This morning I feel much better. The Zoloft is taking effect and I no longer have the nasty "electric shock" feelings in my head that are symptomatic of SSRI withdrawal.
