six months along

It was six months ago today - 15 January 2007 - that my mother passed away. It doesn't seem like it has been that long already.

This has been a tough week for me. The Anniversary I just wrote about has been hanging over me. Furthermore, I haven't been able to secure a single day's work. On the bright side, I haven't been arrested for anything; I also realized that I can get on the Internet at the TCC library. That means I do not need to spend money I don't have to take a bus several miles into the heart of what is laughingly called the "City" of Tallahassee.
