Mom is relatively lucid. Dick and Bev stopped by earlier with their daughter Heather and her husband Brian.

I just finished a small sandwich and some applesauce. Tried to give Mom a little of the sauce but she had trouble with it. She did drink about a table spoon of water, though. I wonder why we don't have her on I.V. fluids. Must ask Dad about that later.

I'm going to bed now, since I didn't get much sleep last night. Karl will get me up when he's ready for bed.
