new responsibilities

I'm acquiring new job responsibilities at the College. Since the first of December, I've been working for the Property Records department. Much of the work is not new for me, having done the same things over the past several months (at least occasionally).

Today I was halping my boss track down a discrepancy in the latest inventory data. We haven't found it yet, but we hope that the solution will make itself apparent soon. There is a lot of data to sift through.

Sometime this winter we will begin the next round of inventory-tracking, and this is not a new task at all for me. My first job after high school was in the warehouse of an electronics factory. We performed a 100% inventory of all stock items twice per year at that firm, and I participated for 8 years.
