back on the streets

Today I got out of the psych ward again, with more changes to my medications.

Over the past two months, I've been on a series of antidepressants:
- Cymbalta (didn't work)
- Zoloft (probably would have worked, but I only took it during a three-day stay at the Behavioral Health Center)
- Cymbalta (again, still didn't work)
- Wellbutrin (gave me a headache every time I took it)
- Lexapro (gave me head-to-toe tremors)
- Effexor (just started it yesterday, but at least the tremors are gone)

And tried two antipsychotics:
- Zyprexa (made me groggy for 20 hours after taking it)
- Seroquil (got me high, made me nauseous and caused nasal congestion)

I stopped taking Seroquil after only two days and am no longer on any antipsychotic meds. The Effexor is still so new to me that I don't know if it will work; somehow I think I'll eventually be back on Zoloft. It carried me along quite well for 8 years or so.
