next stop, Butcher Holler?

PETA is trying to get the town of Slaughterville, Oklahoma to change its name to Veggieville.

Never mind that the town isn't named after the verb "slaughter," but in fact is named after one of the founding families of the town - those PETA goofballs think that the name is a celebration of "violence against animals."

What's next? Renaming Loretta Lynn's hometown of Butcher Holler as "Salad Holler?" Campaigning to convert mountain lions to veganism?

I belong to the other "PETA" ... People for the Eating of Tasty Animals. Humans need protein to survive, and I can't stand beans.
