bloody hell!

Ahhhh ... I had a few paragraphs written and lost 'em (double clicked when I should have right-clicked in my Bookmarks list).

So I'll try again, though probably not so eloquently.

I received an email from the Father of the Council of Lemurs - or at least the fellow who originated the graphic (at the bottom of this page) that inspired the name this blog proudly carries. His page is Candied Vertebrae. Love that name!

There was more, but I forget what it was just now ... it's getting late.

Another page I found yesterday reminded me that I really need to get a cat again. I've been in charge for far too long; not ready for another marriage, but a cat would really set me straight ;-)

The page in question is Tomato Nation.

I saw the name and, loving tomatoes as I do (I'll eat 'em right off the vine, like an apple - but I won't eat an apple) I had to check it out. Turns out that this page is not so much about tomatoes as ... well, check it out for yourself. It's in my sidebar as well.

Read Tomato Nation. Get yourself an owner. Uh, I mean a cat. It's good for your soul. And, cats help control the bloody vermin - not that I have any, but just in case, you know? (Just make sure that you have some kind of hard cover for your keyboard(s) if you leave your server running 24/7, like I do. Cats love to walk on keyboards - especially when you're typing.)
